Thank god we got the point. We were outplayed thoroughly, but I will take it.

I was highly disappointed that Klopp wore a suit.

Anyone know when another replay other than the 1-3am FSC replay is? No way I can stay up long enough to watch this.

Just finished watching a couple hours ago. I was pretty pleased with our performance. We made a lot of crucial challenges, Song in particular. RvP played great. Gervinho and Walcott (except for one pass) didn't. Benayoun was invisible in the central role. Really wish Jack wasn't hurt.

I feel like we're just missing that link from the midfield to the attack. We can't really move on from Fab and Nasri until Wilshere is back.

How much of a difference would having Ramsey out there have been? Haven't seen the match by the way.

Would have probably been at least a little better. Benayoun was non-existant.

Gotcha. Im still not sold on Gervinho's end product at all, wondering if Arshavin is the way to go. Neither contribute to defense, and both struggle with their chances, just one tends to actually score.

Gervinho was awesome against Udinese in the second leg. I'm a fan, we just need to realize it might take a bit to acclimate. Not everyone is Suarez or Kun and just jumps right into being a star.

He gets himself into dangerous situations for the opposing teams, but he just literally can't seem to get the pass by the defender who faces him up, nor dribble around them to get to the goal.

He's doing everything but that final bit to either have the assist or the free lane/shot to the goal.

He had a beautiful run and got unlucky and tripped up. He still got the ball and tried to score. Ill take that.

Once it can be Song, Wilshere, Arteta, Gervinho, Walcott/Arshavin with RVP, things could play out much differently. There would be depth with Benayoun, Ramsey, Rosicky, Walcott/Arshavin, and Frimpong on the bench, all of whom have had to get significant time already due to injuries and suspensions. The Man U thrashing was horrible timing thanks to those two factors.
