What does this mean?

Arsenal is playing Udinese in the play off round of the Champions League on Aug 16 and Aug 24. If a player plays one minute in that match and is sold before the Summer Transfer period is over that player cannot play for his new team in any Champions League matches this tournament. It also pertains to the January transfer window.

No problem.

Does anyone know if Joel Campbell is playing for Costa Rica in the U-20 World Cup? Costa Rica plays tonight at 8:00pm CST on espn3.com.

Not sure.

It'd be short-sighted of Wenger to cup tie them. We could use the money to get another player which would help us get to the point of the competition where we might go up against Barca or MCFC. At this point advancing out of the group stages is no given.

Odds of us being drawn into Barca's group?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if we beat Udinese I believe its 0. Aren't we generally a Pot 1 club? Its undecided at the moment, but it depends on UEFA club coefficients and other shite. Guess we could technically be pot 2. Still, I'd love to have Barca in our group. Still could qualify and would put us farther away from them in knockout rounds, no?

Looks like you guys are gonna be getting Ryo his work permit. Will he be figuring into the plans for Wenger?

Ryo is a done deal. His pace and technical ability are off the charts. He might get a shot this season.

Ryodinho is his new name... Ninja

Via Facebook, reports of eminent signing of Bruno Ecuele defender from FC Lorient. Anybody know anything about him?

Not the "super quality" signing we want.

Campbell with a nice set piece from 40 yards. Well taken by the keeper.

In 2010 he joined FC Lorient, and became a first team regular in Ligue 1 as a replacement for Laurent Koscielny who left Lorient for Arsenal.

Interesting.

Campbell with an awesome strike of the post from 25 yards on a free kick. Very unlucky.
