Giving him 130k a week is already blowing up our wage structure. 200+k would be nuking it. He won't go to Man City. At least not until next summer if that's what he really wants. Wenger won't sell him to them.

Surely he can see that they chew up and spit out a lot of attacking players - Santa Cruz, Tevez, Adebayor, Robinho, etc. The higher salary isn't worth it if there's no long-term security.
