We saw how well that worked out for them last time they wily-nily bought a bunch of attacking players
I’m not advocating for wily-nily spending, but we absolutely should add someone to play LW, and sell Trossard. Hes had career years the last 2 years, but he’s now 30, and will be 31 in December. He can’t be your first guy off bench and/or play 2500 PL minutes going forward

Big Noni gonna take away alot of Trossard's minutes I think. Noni is powerful and has speed. He IMO is a better alternative to Martinelli than Trossard. I do like Trossard in low blocks tho. He has great technique but just a few steps slower than we are used to with Saka and Martinelli.

Gyokeres flying to Singapore for medical

The 3 players that played striker for us last season scored 19 premier league goals.
I just think this guy is absolutely going to kill for us.
I was also watching Martinelli highlights and man, Havertz never makes the near post run. The only time I saw that was when Merino was playing.
We finally have an actual #9.

Biggest admiration of Trossard is he isn't afraid to shoot, while so many others are. Guy sees the ball and smacks it or takes one touch and shoots, and from outside the box as well. Gets tiresome seeing all the other players try to dribble it into the box every time then shoot.

First game hat-trick for Gyokeres at Old Trafford would break the internet

MLS, Ode, & Zubi on the bench as well. Along with some names I'd like to see them sell.

Norgaard playing RB in the build up with Ben white pushing up to hold with, I like that for getting Saka off the touch line and more central

If tweet fails to load, click here. Tidy move from Ethan, his frame looks a little more robust

How was Calafiori next to Saliba?
Posted on 7/23/25 at 8:26 am to Bottom9
He’s a baller, best position for him for sure
Dowman is absurdly good for a 15 yr old. He damn near looks more ready than Ethan

Games over, 1-0 win. Milan and 1 shot on target, only 3 shots overall.
I think they are doing a penalty shootout now

This team is really only missing a top LW, Martinelli just isn’t a touchline winger, he needs to be able to play more of an inside forward role, but we need someone overlapping him to accomplish that
