Thought that was some poor reaction from Raya, was a good free kick to dip it over the wall, but it wasn’t really that close to post

Doesn’t help that he’s short

Nevernind, he never had a chance. He was like 4 feet from the other post. Seems a little far

Arteta needs to go somewhere in the off season and figure out how to score from a low block.

It’s the way we play, if it doesn’t change any, it doesn’t matter who you bring in, you’ll still be operating on the finest margins, an off game from the forwards or a hot goalie cooks you

We do well against the “big teams” because they play like us, and our control and defensive quality shine, the attackers don’t have to be as on point all the time.

Teams that are just below us or bad, only need to get lucky once to ruin us, because we cannot score consistently against low/mid block teams

The 4-1 city game in 2023 is what drove us here. Hopefully Arteta sees that we need to be variable moving forward, or we’ll continue being almost good enough, lot of luck to be had, and we don’t force our luck enough with the way we play

We all knew that was coming after the last game. We will see this set up the rest of the year.

Do we even have a shot on goal ?????

Hell we might as well play that formation too

Yeah, I thought he was decent in the first half, but he possesses the ball so much and does nothing with it.

Would have liked to have seen Ethan stay on and him go off, but our options our limited unfortunately

I’m guess this did happen yesterday or something

Which is exactly what I wanted. No need to spend part of the summer trying to get a sporting director.

I just didn't want to lose this game.

Glad Martinelli is back. Gonna need him.

I want a Nwaneri, Martinelli/Trossard front 3 going forward.

Merino has been a useful hand but I want him back at left 8

I forgot he was still playing until he played that hospital ball in our box.
