Pay Real whatever they want to keep him here long term.
I believe he is the one who didn't want a permanent sale. He still believes his future is at Real and that he can make an impact there.

We NEED to keep Ceballos. Can’t wait till it’s
Özil in front of
Torreira. Ceballos

We can still persuade him to stay if he kills it and loves the club. Hard to leave if he dominates and falls in love with the fans.

A midfield 3 of Torreira, Guendouzi, and Ceballos will be amazing

It's good, but Willock has been super impressive. He does lots of little things well, makes forward runs, can carry the ball, and tries to make things happen. Needs to develop a final ball, but he's a superb prospect.

Until Burnley went full Burnley into small of his back. Slowed after that.

There were a couple of those in the first half too, I think one we had an advantage on.

I was wondering if it was a bit of a blessing xhaka wasn't fully fit. I was worried about passing from the midfield, but guendouzi did excellent and Ceballos was able to beat the press a couple of times. Luiz with some balls over the top.

Burnley plays hard. I thought they did a pretty good job defensively. But goals from our main guys and we are sitting pretty going into our next two.

I thought I heard them doing the ooh Dani Ceballos when he was taking a corner, like they did with Cazorla.

Could have been something else, can't understand the Brits all the time.

No you are right. It was the same song as Santi's. Very fitting.

The sun is in the sky, the queen is in her castle, and Arsenal is ahead of Tottenham in the table.
All is right with the world!

Completely different team than just last year. Hot take: Bellerins place in the team will not come easy once he comes back given AMN form. Hector will be the regular starter and should be don’t get me wrong. But there’s definitely competition.

As an Arsenal fan I know since I said this, the next game AMN will have a shite game. It’s how life works.

Not even sure if he starts v Liverpool.

Could see Emery going with a back 3. Have laca and auba up top. I actually like our options for that on defense. Getting chambers back and Luiz in makes us better. Chambers better than mustafi and Luiz is better than kosc. Plus monreal has looked fine and could start on the left side.

Liverpool hasn't looked great on D either. I'm starting to feel more confident we can really push them on Saturday. Maybe snag a 2-2.

I could see him doing this.

Leno

Sokratis Luiz Monreal

AMN Guendouzi Xhaka Kola

Ceballos

Laca Auba

Maybe Emery goes with 4 at the back with a midfield diamond and Auba and Laca up front like he did against Chelsea at home last year. Torreira at holding mid with Guendouzi and Willock on the left and right with Ceballos(or swap Ceballos and Willock's positions as they are both capable of playing either one)at attacking mid. Just a thought. I really have no clue what Emery will do. Pool have owned us at Anfield recently. Should be interesting.

Some key points from Emery’s pre-Liverpool presser.
quote:

* Liverpool a ‘big challenge’
* Ozil & Xhaka decision on Friday
* ‘Amazing’ opportunity to get top spot at Anfield
* Liverpool currently ‘one step’ ahead of Arsenal
* VAR is ‘positive’ for the PL
* Pepe ready to start

well, tbh, it's a pretty large step, so...

Arsenal is on the come up, don't get me wrong, but to say they are close to where Liverpool is, currently, is just intellectually dishonest...

and to keep this in perspective, i ALMOST was an Arsenal fan, when i started watching the EPL, but went with Liverpool, sorta on a whim... always loved the uniforms and logo of Arsenal, so they do have a very small spot in my heart still...

Just rember our back 3 for the 5-1 was lichsteiner, mustafi and sokratis. Kosc came on at half time.

Starting to believe.

As far as close to Liverpool. The front 3 could be dabateable. We have the better gk, y'all the better defenders. And honestly, Arsenal might have the better midfield.

How about John-Jule's goal today? Shades of Giroud.

Big game today... don’t know if we will go 3 in the back or stick with out 4-2-3-1, but I am buzzing for today.
