Reminds me of another coach of my favorite team that got fired.

Everyone already knew the outcome but we've officially lost out on Draxler :(

He's always torn between pragmatism and his principles of winning games while entertaining. There have been numerous seasons where we've been devoid of attacking talent save for one or two players, and he's adapted, albeit at the wrong time. He's always reactive and never proactive which is what annoys me. Also the biggest difference between Conte and Wenger is that Conte stresses positioning. Wenger doesn't, which is why we have terrible spacing season after season.

Well with that shirt he can go to Paris.

Giroud getting the start today. Interesting.

Whew. Wasn't pretty, but we got the needed three.
CP, Bourn, Swansea, Burnley, and Watford.
We really need to run the table for all 15 before we head to Chelsea on Feb 4.

We always knew breaking down West Brom with 10 people behind the ball would be difficult. So getting the 3 points was great. Hopefully moving forward we can pick up the quality of our performances. We can not afford to drop points to the teams we have in the next few games.

Had to sweat that one out.

So I think I may be making the trip over for the home leg against Bayern. Does anybody have a good breakdown of how to secure two tickets? I've done a good bit of research and I'm not sure what's smarter to go through the Red Membership or Arsenal America Membership.
Thanks!
Thanks!

So are we a buying or selling club this window? Or do we not do anything?
Posted on 1/1/17 at 11:20 am to RebelVol
What would we buy? There's not much we are not deep at besides world class strikers.

Exactly. We are at the point that we need only sign a game changer type of player. The only spot could be RB where we need an adequate backup for Bellerin. Jenko is probably going on loan and Debuchy wants out.

Xhaka was outstanding today. Bossed the game. I thought Iwobi did very well in place of Ozil. Perez was solid. Good movement and combined well with teammates. Always good to keep a clean sheet. Gotta keep our head down and keep getting wins.

I'm torn between thinking Alexis is frustrated or very passionate.
I saw multiple instances of hands on hips, throwing his hands on the air, and other nonverbal signs of what could easily be construed as overt frustration. Most of it when other players didn't do what he wanted or expected.

I was thinking the same thing. I got to imagine that would get old for some of the other players. I also thought he looked tired. I was hoping he'd be one of the players to come out. Maybe he will get a rest at Bournemouth.

What a fricking goal from Giroud!!! Was at a pub owned by a Tottenham fan in Orlando.
