Lets have a few beers and commiserate. I'm stuck at work, no Finn's today.

No Podolski or possibly Ramsey for Sunday's match would suck.

ok so some thoughts
-Santi is a fricking magician. another MOTM performance (even though Rambo had two goals, the second of which was NOICE, overall he had a few bumpy moments, bad giveaways.) he had some absolutely ridiculous dribbles and was in the middle of everything.
-it's nice that the cheapest seats in soccer arenas are the best to watch matches (IMHO). loved seeing how suicidal Fener were playing in midfield.
-i'm exhausted. thus concludes my thoughts.

Agree.
Ramsey has been playing well, but the difference between Villa and the three wins since has been Cazorla.

No pics?
Is the stadium as nice as it looks from TV and pictures?

Cazorla.
Is such a fun and effective player. I love watching him.

so Poldi out (at least) 21 days. we really need to bring in 2 players before Sunday. Guess that means Santi will be pushed out wide. If Rambo is good to go, it'll be
Szcz
Baccy-Per-Kos-Gibbs
Jack-Rambo
Theo-Rosicky-Santi
Giroud
with a horrific bench. like truly terrible. unless we buy.
two more thoughts:
-good thing Monreal was able to shake off the dust against a lesser side. he looked lost out there in the first half and we could've given up goals because of it.
-szcz made some really nice saves tonight.

i'll post them tomorrow. so exhausted. didn't get to take as many as i would've liked due to the rush getting there.
had to haggle my way to an acceptable price. dude was trying to sell me tix for 2x face value and i got it for five pounds under face.
important edit: i literally sprinted to the train station and sprinted to the stadium after i got my ticket. and my gate was on the entire other side of the stadium
stadium was super nice. comfortable seats. concession prices were just the same as US sports, if not a little less which was shocking to me.

Yeah I was up in the relative nose bleeds, but from my perspective felt like I was watching a White Hart Lane game on tv.
To answer your question Glass, absolutely.

Thanks. I can't wait. My first TS experience was the epic 1979 LSU/USC game. It will have to be a NLD for sure.
