They really are. So versatile, so technically sound. We gave up 1 goal the entire month of November. Yep, to that whore Van Persie.

Just watched the replay two days later, per my usual schedule.

God, I love Mesut. Even when he seems like he's not fully on his game, he pulls off two beautiful assists. His passing precision on a final ball is something else.

Ramsey has my heart for all eternity. The class of his goal -- both the score and the reaction -- just sealed my affinity for him even more.

ETA: His first goal. The way Theo flew on the second was something I've been craving, too.

And it was a little set piece. Zero goals in open play. Spectacular.

He really has it all. Heart(desire), natural athletic ability and intelligence. Plus, he is pretty good to look at.

Ozil is just pure class.

No goals from open play in a month..

That includes trips to Dortmund and Old Trafford.

We are good and will be around until the end.

I LOVE this team and EVERYTHING about this thread.

hope peeps keep sleeping on per and kos. they're the shite.

this also might be baccy's best season for us. certainly up there so far.

szcz has been unreal this season. i feel really comfortable when we defend deep because i know it will take a golazo for a shot outside the box to get past him.

also, someone on twitter mentioned this, but Flamini has also been massive by allowing Arteta to take a breather when necessary. last year, we couldn't afford to rotate him. this year, he picked up a slight knock, was able to take a breather, and then came back and bossed v. Cardiff.

Imho all of these players look better this year than last

Ramsey, Gibbs, Giroud, Sagna, Kos, Mert, and Chesney.
Honorable mention to Rosicky and Nacho with their limited appearances.

Arteta, Jack and Santi have all had great matches but have been pretty inconsistent for me (Cazorla gets a temp pass given his injury)

Obviously Ozil and Flamini have been pretty good but I can't comment on improvement of players who weren't here.

I really hope Walcott and Santi get back to their peak form from last season while everyone else keeps it up. That plus Ozil continuing to improve gets me all hot and bothered.

there hasn't been a more complete player than rambo this season so far. golazos, poached goals, assists, hockey assists, retaining possession, dribbling skill, tackles, interceptions. he's been incredible. it's going to be painful when he sits a couple of games this month. i'd start on Wednesday, honestly. he has to rest against the weaker opponents.

luckily, with theo likely ready to start, we can push jack back into Rambo's role. we should rotate arteta/rambo and flamini/jack IMO

Sagna being held out tomorrow. Slight hamstring issue, probably as much a rest as anything. Jenko will get the start tomorrow.

Poldi back to full training later this week.

I love watching Arteta when we lose possession in front of him. His ability to break up the opposition's forward pass is insane. He reads it at a rate I have trouble believing. Unbelievable instinct.

so what do you think our lineup will be tomorrow? Wenger always talks a big rotation game, but now that we actually have depth, will he do it?

i wouldn't mind seeing

szcz
jenks-per-tv5-monreal
flamini-jack
gnabry-santi-rosicky
theo

with rambo, ozil, giroud on the bench as attacking subs if things aren't happening around the 60th minute. i would say beowulf but he is fricking awful so i don't see the use in playing him.

I would love to see Theo up front again. He isn't bad, but he's certainly different. He played well as the lone striker in the Reading and Newcastle games. But then he was playing amazing on the wing too. I just want to see him play.

Also who needs more of a rest, Per or Kos? Kos and TV5 are not a bad pair together. They actually can press really high up the field. It's just that TV5 is a moron who gets caught up the field way too often.
