"I don't have the inclination to go anywhere, this is the best team for me to be in. The bottom line is that I want to win trophies with Arsenal, not with anybody else. I know you can win trophies in many countries and in many ways, but I want to do that in our way. I'm sure I could win things at another team; in another country, but would it feel like our trophy.my trophy? I'm not sure it would. Anything we win here will come from the heart and that's what I want. It's my dream, and I see no point in speaking about other teams when I have these dreams. I think other people know that about me. I'm just hungry to win with Arsenal and that's it."

No way Giroud picks up the slack.

Chamakh: Comeback tour 2012.

I should have known to listen to my girlfriend. She told me two years ago that she didn't like van Persie cause he has pointy features and that you should never trust someone with pointy features.

She was right.

CWill Its your pick in the draft. Giroud has way more quality than Chamakh.

Also there are a lot of rumblings that say Song is as good as gone too.

Not too bothered by RvP leaving. He had one great season at the end of his career. If we get good money off him, even better. He's been pretty good to Arsenal all the while.

I mean if he goes to United I'm going to rape him and anyone he's ever said "hi" to, but in the meantime I reserve judgment.

F you jumbo. I wanted Poldi after that but having the second to last pick basically means I'm f'd in the A.

Psh, you got to pick number 9 and 12, that's not too bad.

I missed out on the "elite tier" because of it. If fantasy football has taught me anything, pick order does matter. My first pick was Jelavic

It will probably be very similar to the feeling of me seeing Torres in Chelsea blue...

Except we didn't get nearly as much for Van Persie, and I'm pretty sure he'll do better for Man U than Torres did for Chelsea in his first season.

I heard Rooney offered to share some of his hairplugs with RvP and RvP was like wtfff and gave Sir Alex a look and SAF gave his assistant the "get Rooney away forchrissake" gesture and then everything settled down but for a second things almost went to shite.

Maybe RVP will teach Rooney how to read.

I heard they got into it because Rooney said Cheryl Cole was a better artist than Tiesto.

I could see them sitting belly to back in matching snuggies with RvP looking on over Rooneys stooped shoulders, giggling and vigorously shaking his head after Rooney ekes out a correct pronunciation.

....after which they 69 for three straight hours....
