Not defending his play at all.

We just think its stupid to act reactionary and bench a guy that has been a top player for us internationally for the last 4 years because he hasn't played up to his usual standards in 2 games.

no it's not. in fact, it's the easiest shot to aim. michael bradley goes to sleep every night dreaming of getting a finish that easy in the world cup.

i think you are right that michael bradley thought it was a situation where if he gets a foot on it, it's a goal. i also think that he made the wrong split second decision, and could have easily just slotted it away. shite happens, could have happened to anyone, but if we are gonna list his biggest mistakes, it's silly not to have that at number 1.

although i already said that arguing about his biggest mistakes is dumb although slightly entertaining. im excited for him to play like he did for most of the game yesterday for the remainder of the WC
