Any rule suggestions for one on one soccer?

Some guy at work (20 years younger) challenged me to a one on one soccer game. Proposed first to reach five goals wins, alternate (with me going first) bring the ball in, starting from the center of a short field.
Any suggestions for a better format? Any defensive or offensive tips would be appreciated.
I figure it is going to be a scorefest which gives me the advantage if it is "first to reach five" and I go first.

Each player gets to add 10 people to their team

I have played this for training purposes. The goal is just a single cone on each side of the 6 yard box. You will be gassed quickly.

1 v 1 defending gets old pretty quick

This will be bad ... younger guy clearly has more stamina.

What I really want are rules that will greatly benefit me and allow the old man to win

I love 1 on 1 defending too. But 5 minutes straight of it is brutal. And I become useless offensively once I'm gassed because my huge legs are tough to move.

Growing up in Louisiana, my best friend and I set up a soccer goal w/net in our neighborhood park and played one on one almost every day for a few years. The first to 5 goals won. You really learned to play physical, use your arms, and protect the ball. It was exhausting. Loved it though.
If you managed to steal, you did not have to go back to the starting point; you could make a break for the net. We would play multiple games for hours at a time.
