there's been at least 6 red cards handed out in the round of 16 alone in this tournament... that seems like a lot through just 5 matches of the R16 with 3 matches remaining

I'm just watching the live stats... no video or anything... why did Egypt sub in Mohamed Sherif only to sub him out 12 minutes later?
I assume an injury... but could also be the fill-in manager seeing PKs coming and didn't trust him in the shootout too
