Thread the Needle is the only one I've found that I'm remotely good at.

Are any of the other drills really easy?

Yeah, the shooting drills are pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Especially the one where the machine tosses up volleys. And the Free Kick one is somewhat easy once you figure it out.

The defensive drills are pretty easy too if you hold off on excessive use of the sprint button. I play on World Class difficulty and it seems much more difficult in this version of FIFA to play defense so I usually focus on those drills.

I recently took Bafana Bafana through these great moments in Road to the World Cup:

- Overcame 2-0 first leg deficit to take Ghana's spot in the WC during the CAF playoffs
- Tshabalala hat trick against Australia in the opening match
- 5-4 loss to Uruguay (DAMN YOU SUAREZ)
- 10-man, two-goal comeback in the final five minutes to upset the Czechs and win the group
- PK Shootout victory against Poland (???) in the Round of 16
- ...extra time loss to Brazil in quarters

Now I'm thinking about qualifying with Scotland or Wales...Wales would be fun, but outside of Bale and Ramsey...

Wales would be pretty cool.

But yeah, besides Bale and Ramsey...you'd have your work cut out for you. Especially when you factor in the brutal UEFA qualifiers.

When I get the game I'm definitely taking wales to glory. Bale and Ramsey along with Davies and Williams in the back. Call in old arse Craig Bellamy

Started with Scotland, trying to be as un-Scotland as possible: 4-3-3 with a focus on young, speedy players.

Also, Jordan Rhodes is a god.

Jordan Rhodes

I'm friends with a bunch of Scots so I root for the team, casually. I was happy to see this guy decide to play for Scotland, given his other options. The Scots sometimes miss out on talent who choose to play for Ireland or England.

1998 WC game was the tits

I still have the 2002 game on computer. Players with the top rating at speed, passing, and shooting were given star powers that made them unstoppable; for example: a turnaround curler from Oliver Neuville @5:15.

I don't know how often (or if) they'll update the rosters, but it's kinda disappointing when your country isn't fairly represented on the game. That's why I've been playing with South Africa and now Scotland, just waiting for the USMNT to get a fair shake in the ratings.

The US is the team I would play with the most anyway. Kind of disappointing that EA (Canada) fricks this up every time. Blame EA Canada.
