Yeah, he had a tutor who would spend a couple of hours a day working with him to learn German. Pretty remarkable that he can hold a full practice in German already.
I'm sure most coaches make the effort to learn the native language but most non-German speakers can't pick it up as fast as Pep has.

Jupp did a great job of getting that shite show of egos under control.
It´s amazing the respect they have for Pep there.
He´s running that shite like they were petulant children in need of a serious scolding, and nobody´s saying even peep back to him.
ETA Maybe it´s the dimensioning of the camera shots, but is Javi bulking up a bit (as in muscle, not fat)?

I know it's tough to learn a new language no matter how much time you have, but didn't he get hired as the future manager like halfway through last season? He could spend half of each day learning at least how to talk football in German.

Javi is looking sexy as frick.
The Bayern players who had been there for a while, well that generation of German players in general, had gotten tired of second place. Jupp was able to talk them into a team first, ego second type of squad enough to where even Ribery and Robben bought in. It's pretty strange to see from a bunch of superstars but they only care about winning. It's incredible really.
