Timbers get a point in the road.

With 8 players injured. I’ll take it!

Was working so listening off and on. Sounds like we had a couple clear chances we missed.

Sounds like Dallas out possessed us

That game was hard too watch and took a dumb penalty given away by the GK for them to score. He almost saved it too

The Union is a great story bc how cheap their owners are and they have still put together a better MLS quality side

But Atlas technically on the ball was so much better than they were.

The return leg will be interesting for sure. Hopefully the Union play better bc if they come out like last night they probably get beat.

The team from Hati that knocked out ATX got battered by Leon last night. The gap in quality was insane.

Bought tickets for Timbers vs UANL Tigre’s July 26. I hope UANL bring a good fan base. I hear they travel well. They are doing good in CONCACAF champions League. Hope game is competitive. Hope timbers have some injured players back.

What’s going on with this Vanzeir thing? I see a lot of outrage but have no idea what was said.

BBC article

Vanzeir apologises for using racist remark in MLS match Against San Jose Earthquakes striker Jeremy Ebobisse

In the second half he was seen reacting angrily to Vanzeir before a scuffle broke out between the players and play was halted for about 15 minutes.

Ebobisse said San Jose's players considered leaving the field but chose not to "because the player who said the word claimed it was not aimed at any of us".

Anyone know what he said?

So 2 MLS teams in semi's and LMX needs a draw tomorrow to get 2 through but could potentially only get 1 though.

Ah that sucks. As of the game last night, Fotmob had them on opposite sides of the bracket. They have updated it as of now.

ETA: I see LAFC winning this whole thing. MLS top teams will have done very well recently against Mexico the past two years, with the USMNT also scoring some major wins in that time. It's a good time to be a Mexico hater.

LAFC have a better shot than Philly

But Leon overall will probably win in

Also hilarious Atlas are total shite the last year after winning the Mexican league

UANL just advanced with a lot of goals.

Hope when Timbers play them it’s at least competitive

Tigres is always dangerous

On talent and technical ability they are the best team left

But who knows what form any of the four will be in a few months from now

A side like Tigres has the ability to slow the match down and play fluid passing in and out of space

MLS teams really don’t have that ability, it’s basically balls to the wall for 90 mins

LAFC vs either is going to be fun to watch

Well after Timbers subbed of the $10 million dollar Brazilian.

They go from being down a goal to winning 4-1
