Tier 1 for City, Jack Gaughan is reporting Haaland will be at City next season.

Absolutely massive if true.

Only way yesterday could be better is if Madrid went hard after Haaland now and he rejected City

City confirm Haaland for £51 million. Between the transfer fee, wages, bonus clauses, agent fees, etc this will be one expensive arse transfer that almost no one can match.

That doesn’t sound expensive at all. That’s close to what Chelsea paid for Pulisic.

Yeah the transfer fee is pretty low in today's landscape. The true money is in the other things I mentioned.

The agent's fee is undoubtedly astronomical. That's probably why his release clause was set so low.

Not bad considering we almost spent a fee of £150 mil, not including wages or the brother’s fee, for Kane in the summer.

I bet Haaland after everything is £150 mil TOPS.

It has to be more if we are talking the length of the contract (4-5 years). I was reading that his wage alone was going to be around £375,000/wk. You're right though, I'd rather Haaland at that price vs Arry.

Doesn’t that come out to like £13 mil a year?

I think the big question is what kind of agent fees there are now with Mino six feet deep.
