We never decided if we want to switch to 15 roster spots or just stay with 16 (which we have always done). If we get consensus input quickly, then we could switch, but then otherwise, let's just ride with 16.

Basically, you can add literally any one. player in the available player pool at this time. Obviously, the top few picks will be incoming transfers. The transfer window is closed until the completion of the supplemental draft.

Fall Supplemental Draft:

After the summer transfer window closes on September 1st, we have a one-round draft in reverse order of the league draft to add players who entered the player pool after our slow draft. Any player who entered the league from anywhere outside the PL after the start of our league’s slow draft cannot be drafted until the supplemental draft.

If you lose a drafted player you drafted in the first five rounds to a league outside the PL, then you jump to first in the supplemental draft order. If two owners lose a player, then the team of the higher drafted player lost picks first. This rule only applies if you keep that player on your roster from the start of the season through the supplemental draft. You must act in good faith and not intentionally draft someone who is all but guaranteed to depart from the PL in the coming days. Furthermore, the player you draft has to be a reasonable draft pick for the first five rounds.

Everyone adds a player to their roster during the supplemental draft. Roster sizes expand from a max of 15 to 16 players after the supplemental draft has run its course at the beginning of September.
