Looking at standings for this season, this congestion has created a shitshow. Only LAFC is strong. The rest are just going up and down all season long. It just feels there is no continuity of anything really.

I mean, are they singing it ironically as a jab to the lack of travelling fans in MLS? If so, do it right at kickoff and it could get a nice chuckle. If they are trying to be serious, then it's cringeworthy and reeks of "we see European teams do it so we have to do it".

Halftime at the game. From my seat, it looked like ref wanted more after Elis kicked the ball at the AR’s direction. Looked like a soft chest bump and the ref got what he wanted. Off ya pop.

Game was fun, but anticlimactic due to Elis being an absolute dumbass. Kicking the ball toward the AR is borderline red in the pros, but sure as shite that’s a sendoff in the youth ranks. Martinez, Gressel, and Hyndman were straight up bosses last night.

With the Leagues Cup expanding to 16 teams next year, it looks like we're pretty much guaranteed to get to play a Mexican team in 2020, either through CCL or Leagues Cup.

The League Cup needs to die in a fire. No way MLS teams have the depth to do all this stuff. I’d be for it if the roster restrictions and salaries are not holding them back. Otherwise, this shite can go into the waste basket.
