Hyndman with a steal just inside the 18 and assists Pity. 1-0.

And we would have had a breakaway if their keeper didn't run up to clear the ball 45 yards away from goal.

Nagbe's defensive work is so underrated.

Pereira draws a penalty in stoppage. Josef absolutely buries it. 2-0 and onto the semis.

We get Orlando in the semis.

Can’t wait to father them again

We just aren’t very good

Can't turn the ball over in the defensive third. 2 fairly unforced errors turned into their goals (Gressel and LGP), and I think a turnover led to at least 2 of New York's goals last week.
With Villalba and Barco injured, we don't have much speed in the attack. One of the few times we actually got to run at people, Pity kicked it right to Seattle twice. However, this was probably Pity's best game since he's been here. Saw a lot more effort from him.
When Shea got hurt in the 5', that took out any chance of an attack from our LB.
As if we aren't hurting enough at LB/RB, Escobar is now suspended for the next game because of a play that wasn't even a foul.

Annnd the hits keep on coming. This is such a frustrating season with no cohesion or identity.

Plus Josef on Intl duty. You think he would miss that PK in SLC?

And Barco with the U20 WC. Now Shea is out for the season and Bello, Barco, and Villalba still aren't training.

FdB says Shea's knee is destroyed. We traded with Chicago forca Mo Adams who is a CDM. We are in need of a FB.
Posted on 7/17/19 at 7:43 am to NewbombII
They think Adams can fill in at outside bam if needed, but we also needed another DM. I think we're still looking for anothee outside back, but hopefully Bello can return soon.
Adams is on a homegrown contract, so he shouldn't count against the cap.

Officially traded $100k GAM for Adams. Also waived Gordon Wild.
Chicago fans largely seem to hate this move.
