Correct, it’s limited to that until the supplemental draft occurs.

Vicks - correct me if I'm wrong, but a EPL team could still SELL a player after the EPL window ends and before the European window ends - should we wait until that closes before?
For instance, Lukakau or Pogba could still be bought on 8/29 and the owner would have no way to replace them with anyone but a Free Agent?
Or is that the risk of owning a player that could move away?

Yep, you are correct. We cannot have the supplemental draft until all windows are closed.

Yes, this is correct.
For example, if you drafted Paul Pogba and he gets transferred out of the PL, then I would advise holding on to him. If you lose a top 5 round draft pick, then you get bumped to the top of the supplemental draft (it goes in reverse draft order).
