Unless you’re jacked or want your jersey to fit tight I recommend ordering a size up on the New Balance ones. I wear XL clothes but went 2XL on my 18/19 Liverpool jersey and it fits perfect.
Do not recommend going a size up on the Nike replica jerseys though, my 2XL 18/19 USMNT jersey is almost a dress.
