Nope. Wage structure is still completely fricked. It was estimated the wage bill was around £96M last season. Then we are most likely losing Fernandez and Mawson at CB so right now it’s Amat and Van der Horn there. Still no quality at CM. Going to be a struggle

I mean, he signed with Dortmund when Klopp was still the boss... Anyone would be silly to think there isn't at least some connection... to what degree, who knows...

These are quotes from him..
It is very common for youth players to train with the first team.
Klopp didn't sign him, first team coaches don't bring in academy players.
Klopp left Dortmund like 4 months after Pulisic got there.
Klopp was already in England when the kid got his first, first team action.

Their times barley overlapped
He trained with Klopp a couples of times, but there is no real connection other Klopp being first team manager for a brief time when he was in the youth team. Klopp being crucial in his development like you see some saying is laughable.
