So Patrick Roberts will go on loan for the next four years, which will more than likely ruin one of England's best young talents
You know Fulham is going to take the money and run. I don't think he's really ready to contribute at Championship level yet. That said, he's definitely a great prospect and I think him staying at Fulham would be in his best interests. Maybe Man Shitty will loan him right back.

That's what I think of the deal.

Pretty much was I was saying a few pages back. The kid will never get a chance. He will be loaned out or just be on the bench to meet the homegrown quota.
He barely played this season in the Championship.
If City get snubbed by big time home grown players they might just buy who ever to meet the requirements.

JUVE AGREE MANDZUKIC DEAL
Juventus have agreed a deal to sign Mario Mandzukic from Atletico Madrid for 18million euros (£12.8m), according to reports in Italy.
La Stampa and Gazzetta dello Sport are reporting that an agreement has been reached, with the 29-year-old signing a four-year deal.
Juventus director general Beppe Marotta is believed to be flying out to Madrid to finalise the move.

Swans complete move for St Ettiene LB Franck Tabanou for £3.5M. Led all defenders in Ligue 1 last year in assists. Adds much needed depth at fullback.
Also Nelson Oliviera on loan for the season again.

This is what you call a snub from Danish international Simon Kjaer, who has revealed he turned down a move to Liverpool because he wants to win trophies.
The 26-year-old had been linked with a move to Anfield before joining Fenerbahce from Lille this week.
And he told Haber Turk: "Liverpool wanted me, but I want championships, I want to win trophies. Fenerbahce's goals this season are big, and it was explained to me very well."

Everything I've read says Roberts will be put into the U21 side.

Its bc City has a very poor track record with English players since the take over. Many wasted careers before they had a chance to get started.
That and its academy has produced absolute shite since the take over that has never gotten a chance with the first team.

Kieran Trippier goes to spurs
quote:
Tottenham have completed the signing of Burnley right-back Kieran Trippier on a five-year-deal.
The 24-year-old moves to Spurs for an undisclosed fee from the Clarets, who he joined in 2012.
The former Manchester City trainee made 185 appearances for Burnley, and started every Premier League game last season.
"When I first heard that the club was interested I didn't have to think twice," Trippier said.
"It's such a big club and now I just can't wait to get started and show everyone what I can do."

He and Ings were by far their 2 best players last year. Creates a lot of chances for a defender

Lol that GIF was great, I can't lie about that.
As a City fan, I hope he ends up getting some playing time eventually.

It must be a Manchester thing because United had Falcao on their U21's.

Atléti´s Miranda on loan to Inter for two years.
AtM gets €6M in two payments, and €9.5M plus 3 in production bonuses, if Inter keeps him after the two seasons.

Speaking of City, Juventus are pursuing Jovetic now along with Milan and Inter.

Personally, I don't want to sell Jovetic, but whatever I guess.
