We're linked to LBs and CBs, and I think Can is a DM/B2B...

Why is virtually every Liverpool signing/rumor an attacking player? Who is running the show over there? Did they watch a single Liverpool match last season?
well, they need to replace Suarez, and their midfield needs some help too.

Guess they aren't high profile/sexy enough for someone not closely following. Almost everyone that is being talked about on here is attack minded.

yeah, I think Lallana and Lambert were identified early and now that we face losing Suarez, that has to be addressed...

Not sure that that's entirely necessary, but this will kickstart the player carousel
Oliver Torres is being loaned out to Porto

maybe not, but we kinda had a high profile chase of Alberto Moreno... but in the end we didn't want to cough up the 20mm
Apparently, we've had 2 bids for Lovren declined...

So what are Pool fans thoughts on Suarez now? I mean you guys stuck by that complete POS through all his crap and now he's ready to walk on you just like that?

I still like him and support him, but realize, for all involved, this is probably the best time for him to go... if he does..
I will thank him for coming, thank him for the great memories and most of all, thank him for getting us back to where we need to be (UCL).. and if he leaves us with £75mm in hand, thats over a £50mm profit.. Sure he's caused headaches, but the good outweighed the bad by a good margin IMO...
And I will still enjoy watching him, because I actually like Barca..
That said, I support LFC more and am ready for an exciting season whether he's here or not...

I will continue to hope he succeeds, even in Spain. I realize that makes me a sick, and disgusting sub-human in your eyes, and I consider that a good thing coming from you.

Also regarding Suarez, FIFA has now confirmed that he is able to train with the team. So that's something.

I knew that was coming, especially with talks of a Barca move heating up.. watch them trim the suspension after the deal goes through and cite his apology as a reason...

It's pretty unbelievable I'll give you that. This is the male version of staying in an abusive relationship.

no worries, we welcome a new villain to the EPL... Diego Costa

Hopefully Ryan Shawcross, that way we can go ahead and get rid of Diego once and for all. Anybody know how early we play Stoke?

LS is still one of my favorite players and would love for him to stay. If he really wants to leave, then the best of luck to him wherever he goes (outside of the EPL). We're still making money off the deal and hopefully this helps shore up some other positions of need.

You can get a couple of Andy Carrolls with that kind of scratch.

Just saw on Twitter that Barcelona has agreed to a £75m price for LS.

No offense, but thats one of the reasons I'm holding out hope... If it was Man City, then I'd have moved on...
We also suck at closing the deal..
