Moving to Sunderland was a bad move. It'd be nice if he could move somewhere where he can get some chances.

Although he's not scoring, he's making smart runs and dangerous passes that generally leads to scoring opportunities.

You can't ignore the fact that he's working hard and playing intelligently and it's all against high level competition. When you have defenders for top four teams telling their managers how much of a headache Altidore is then it peaks their interest in him.

Wished I didn't play Gran Turismo 6 all night yesterday since it looks like I missed some great games.

His hold up play for Hull was excellent but all anyone remembers is that he scored one goal in the PL. He needs to score and he needs service to score.

Yeah that can happen when you play the worst team in the league.

Do you just follow me around on the Soccer Board and try to make me feel bad any time I type something in a match day thread?

His only professional experience before that was in the MLS. He's since raped Eerividise with AZ. People know he can score, at least he's contributing in other facets.

I'm not saying him going to Sunderland was the smartest move, but I don't think anyone saw Sunderland being this bad. Hopefully he has more success with Poyet managing now.

Also, thanks for the negative fantasy point on the OG, O'Shea.

Hmm ... well, at least I like State as long as they aren't playing LSU or Southern Miss.

Sunderland is really awful. This is about the only time all season I remember Tottenham looking dangerous for a sustained period of time (other than the NIT/Europa League).

He is our third-leading goalscorer on the season.
