about SEC refs next September when we (Penn State) go to Bama (assuming SEC refs officiate the game?)

FWIW we've been in the Big 10 for all of 16 or 17 years so that whole conference loyalty thing is meaningless to us.

YES! ABSOLUTELY!!! CANCEL THE GAME AND PAY THE PENALTY WHILE YOU CAN!
Or bring shitloads of money down to B'ham on the Wednesday before the game and visit the SEC Office...then, strategically place nail-festooned 2x4's on all highways between Tuscaloosa and B'ham on Thursday and Friday just to make sure it's all set up properly.

Conference Loyalty makes your wins look better. Simply put, if you beat the teams in your conference but they in turn went and beat other OCC teams. You're win against them look that much better.
Also, we have kick arse tailgating so we mingle alot down south. Gotten to know each other so it's a lot stronger in the SEC then say someplace else.
