Perhaps, but his primary victory means that Democrats may be figuring out how to successfully run a populist campaign. Trump was wildly popular in the Republican Party because he tapped into people’s anger and channeled it into voting. Democrats haven’t been able to do that successfully. Biden, Hillary, and Kamala were boring, uninspiring, and unable to connect.
Overreacting gives him more credibility, but it wouldn’t be wise to write him off. There’s a massive affordability problem in this country, and although his solutions are looney, people will vote for extreme ideas if they feel like the establishment isn’t working.

I think the republican sector of the city will vote against him,

His own persona gives him more credibility. He's highly educated and not a firebrand blowhard like Sanders or a histrionic hyperemotional barback a la AOC. He's got gravitas and seems reasonable, the sort of personality rarely encountered within the American progressive movement.

1. I heard there was extremely low voter turnout.
2. The people supporting him are 2nd generation immigrants, or children from immigrants of the Middle East and Africa. Wealthy elites. College students.
People in the lower economic demographic did not vote for him. Basically it’s wealthy liberal whites and moronic college kids with a virtue signal vote. It’s how all of these awful Marxist mayors and city council members were elected after the summer of love.

A lot of Jews are non-religious and are not supporters of Israel. They will surpport Zohran because they like his politics.

Plus he already racially carved out on the map the NYC neighborhoods where too many white people dwell at that will be forced to pay extra in taxes so that his government can abolish their white supremacy and hateful capitalistic system that oppresses people of color like him.
I'm sold. Make this enlightened, morally superior Muslim the King of New York.

I wouldn't count on it. He is the next Barry. An empty suit that can be controlled.
His writings and interviews will be cleaned up. He has/will have deep pockets.
The fact that less than 24 years after 9/11 we are in this place makes optimism for the future very bleak.

Founding fathers would say "frick you" for not rejecting Islam in America just like they did. The founding father Presidents' like Jefferson sent a message to the entire Islamic world by deploying his marines to go murder all the Islamists that were screwing with our citizens and allies on the high seas.
You may not care about tribalism. But tribalism cares about you. People will see. And when it comes to tribalism Muslims put old school White Supremacists to shame when it comes to their ethical values of dealing with "others" not like them.

Turns out it takes not even a quarter century to forget "never forget".
Woulda been standing at Ground Zero decrying Western Imperialism for causing "marginalized" groups being oppressed by Western colonialism to knock those towers down had he been mayor on 9/11.
