Spare me the whole Yanukovych was victim spiel. He might have stayed in power if he doesn't bring a hammer down on the protestors in Jan - Feb 2014 he might have kept his job.....but he has his IA Minister authorize the use of live ammo. Then they started firing indiscriminately.....wanna get a crowd of people riled up, do that in an inept way like Yanukovytch did. That turned his Parliament against him. Then he fled..

Ukraine will not take part in tomorrow’s U.S.-Russia talks, “even if I am asked,” Zelensky stated.
Speaking to Politico, Zelensky dismissed any connection between his visits and the negotiations in Saudi Arabia.
“My trips have nothing to do with these talks. However, when I arrive in Saudi Arabia, I will ask His Majesty what he knows about the discussions,” he added.

Only a fool would not at least acknowledge the possibility of them having them imported. Cartels are a potential mega-rich customer with major Chinese shipping connections. Some Ukrainian general could easily dump the price to best out some corrupt supply sergeant that may or may not be able to get the supply quantity they need now that we are lining up on the border.
