?Not hat simple.......you buy a house in an HOA that has a proven track record of being reasonable. Then a new board gets voted in, bunch of commie lunatics, and they hire a for profit HOA management company, and the rules and fines start rolling. When you sue a HOA management company, you will pay for the lawyers on both sides either by settlement or increased dues. Hoas are evil
