You know this "talk" Biden referenced, the one black moms have with their kids?

My mom had it with us, and I had it with our kids. A cop pulls you over, you say yes sir, no sir, and keep your hands in plain sight. The cop wants to give you a ticket, you sign it, take it, and show up for your day in court if you think he's wrong.

Yep, my dad told me when I started driving, if you get pulled over put both hands on the steering wheel. If it's dark outside, turn the dome light on.

My dad had it with me on multiple occasions. He was a police officer for 35+ years.
