That's not what he's being accused of. He's being accused of using party mailing lists and phone number lists. To harass already existing donors of the DNC to donate to his own two Pacs. LeadersWeDeserve, and MarchforOurLives.
But yeah, he collects a 1 million salary from the former.

Doesn't this "job" require his presence in DC, in an office. The fine, upstanding citizens will surely view him as a well loved patriot and not a walking ATM, correct?
