WWYD? The left has lost it

Stopped in Memphis for a night last night with a friend of mine and our other friend (sorta liberal but not obnoxious about it) who was touring a law school in Nashville. Went to a bar and We met these girls he knew who were as far left as you could get. I work sales but my other buddy who was there always jokes and calls me a receptionist just to screw with me. So when they asked what I did, my friend interjected and told them i was a receptionist. I laughed and told them no and that I do sales. One of them responds "well, i dont appreciate you laughing and putting down a work role that has been historically female dominated" and started preaching. 40 seconds into her rant I told her "you're fricking crazy" and walked out of the bar. My friends immediately followed. I just don't get it. Does saying your job now make you misogynistic and alt right? Jesus H CHrist... this place is going to shambles

In a society that is overly sensitive of victimization, defending some generic victim is the highest form of proving your "woke" level. She probably felt she was a true social justice warrior for standing up for all those poor, nameless, faceless receptionists throughout the world.
