Because he's a piece of shite. Election outcome was the result of election rules not being enforced. Had election rules been enforced, the mail-in votes that didn't meet the standard, would've been rejected immediately.
We've rules in place to prevent all that shite from impacting elections... it's just corrupt officials ignore the rules.

I wonder if this will have any affect of present and past court cases dealing with false claims of election fraud in Georgia?
