I agree with you on this. And again he had some good points, but this just seemed forced, like Stephen Miller was telling him "you got to go out there and tell everyone things are great!". I guess we'll see what happens.

I agree. I was hoping he would talk about how the Democrats illegally raided Miralago, how Joe Biden’s FBI planted evidence to try to bust Trump. He could have mentioned John Bolton’s indictments too.

It's exactly what he should have done and more.
Trump should have given the total number of illegals who have entered the US under Jotato and how the Democratic Socialists use illegals to skew apportionments for the US Congress. Trump should have mentioned CA has roughly 40% of state residents voting Republican in any given election and the new redistricting will only have four districts favoring Republicans out of the 52 CA Congressional seats

It’s probably already been said in this thread, but I didn’t feel like reading the whole thing and I wanna just chime in that if he didn’t publicize his own accomplishments then over 50% of the people in this country who actually vote would never know any of it.
He has to be his own publicist because no one else has the platform that he does.
That’s why every time he gets the spotlight he goes down the list of accomplishments so that perhaps people will hear it.
It’s the only access he has to these people.

Not gonna happen. My only curiosity is why did it seem like he was giving a SOTU address directly to the American people in December.
