Biden is not well, he suggest a record player to solve the education or racial crisis. It is hard to tell from this incoherent response. Can you imagine him being president? CNN, MSNBC, YouTube and all of the tech giants are trying to hide this story because this is who Joe Biden is:

Joe Biden is being held away from the public. It is as if he is being shielded from public scrutiny. The Liberal Powers do not want the public to know who the real Joe Biden is. Maybe he has medical issues, but we will never know. Biden has been knighted to be the one to be President. Trump will crush him in the debates.

The fake polls have Trump losing to all of them. But the dems live for Biden's top part in the polls because THEY THINK he is the only one that can beat Trump.

The point that he was trying to make, albeit not very well, is that poor children tend to be exposed to far less verbal communication prior to commencing school. Studies have shown that playing recorded voices does help their language development. For instance, playing a CD in the evenings of “books on tape“ might actually help these children be better-prepared to start school.
Biden being Biden, he did not convey the message very well ... and the “record player” usage certainly made him look out-of-date.

The DNC & media said Tulsi Gabbard was a KGB asset. Their front runner and the Obama's favorite (Harris the nasal cackling laugh bitch) was taken down by Tulsi. Trump should give Tulsi a lucrative cabinet position to get things done.

Biden has lost a step, which is understandable for most all 76 year old people. What you are not calibrating is how deeply hated is Trump. I am not flaming on him, instead he has intentionally sowed so much hate and division innattacking everyone that has alienated a majority of Americans who would vote for one of the Manson girls over Trump.

Biden certainly seems less sharp than in the past. If he gets the nomination, it will be interesting to watch him and Trump debate. Neither one can express clear thoughts or ideas and both like to scrap. It could make for the most explosive and confusing televised debates ever.
