Saw this blurb below on X.
It’s talk and rumors, could be total BS.

But would you be OK if we bought their fleet for “Military” uses?

Also, wonder if they would ever repurpose Spirit’s planes to be a deportation fleet…

Great training tool for close quarter hand-to-hand combat training with the local insurgents.

When an airline is struggling, short cuts in maintenance is first cut. I wouldn't want it at any price.

The migrants will have cushions under their seats in case of a water landing, so I don’t get your concern.

Why? The military already has aircraft.

We have the Civil Reserve Air Fleet when necessary.

Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) is a US national preparedness program where commercial airlines contractually pledge aircraft to the Department of Defense (DoD) to augment military airlift during emergencies. Established in 1951, it ensures capacity for troops and cargo transport without maintaining a massive, costly standing military fleet.

Can we have assigned seating but 'accidentally' assing two people to the same seat or have a very confusing seating chart?

Saw a commercial about an airline having assigned seats.

I've never been on one that didn't have your seat assignment listed on your ticket.

No thanks.

Spirit learned a very hard lesson: it went after the lowest common denominator and found out that the lowest common denominator's reputation is well-deserved.

Exactly. I selfishly don’t want Spirit passengers moving over to travel on the airlines I fly with.
