The obvious answer (e.g., neither) isn’t an option at this juncture.
A majority of Americans don’t believe Biden has the “mental sharpness it takes to serve effectively as president.”
Yet the Veep’s current approval ratings are lower than Biden’s.

His declining mental state is good for R's.
While Kackle is awful too, the Dims can try to get her as President for 10 years and that is a truly frightening thought.

I don’t see how it would matter. Biden isn’t making any decisions, nor would Kamala, if she got put in the WH. Obama, Rice, dimocratix leadership (not named Biden), and maybe even Jarrett, are in charge.

Harris is awful and likely no smarter than Biden even in his current state. The only thing with her is she is such a count, I don't think she would allow herself to be a puppet like Biden. So there could be a conflict between her and whoever is running things to the point that she could actually resist some of the stupid shite they keep pushing.
Then again, she probably agrees with all of the stupid shite they keep pushing so it wouldn't matter. But that was the closest thing to a reason or silver lining that I could come up with for her maybe being better. That and she probably doesn't sniff children.

Biden...he's less annoying. From an operational standpoint, it won't matter who it is since they are both just puppets.

Nah...whoever decided to give her the nomination (the real power brokers) wouldn't have given it to her unless they knew in advance that they can control her.
