It's going to be awkward when 600 premium establishment meatballs show up in 5-7 business days.

Ain’t gonna be awkward for me pawpaw. Wouldn’t be my first meatball party, and we’ll just leave it at that, if you catch my drift. What happens in Jackson Mississippi stays in Jackson Mississippi.

The editors at Urban Dictionary will not be meatballing if USPS comes through.

Becaue it’s career suicide. Name a Trump appointee who has gone on to great success.

Better question, why are Trumpkins so suddenly excited about the prospects of an establishment donor purchased puppet joining the Trump administration?

I mean, a few Supreme Court Justices I guess one could technically reply with here. But to me the bigger question is to what further levels of “great success” does one possibly move up to from being the Secretary of State of the United States of America; or the Attorney General of the United States of America; and so on….? What kind of great success are you expecting there is beyond those preeminent positions that are held in the highest esteem throughout the entire world??

No way would Desantis pin his future political hopes on Donald Trump.

I hope Trump stays far away from DeSantis. If Trump wins I think Vivek has the best chance of getting the support of Trump voters in the next election.

We no longer need lawyers in political positions, they have proven themselves unworthy of the American people’s trust.

Seems like he would have more support if it went well. If offered I think it would be another bad move to turn it down.

I missed your response here, you're not wrong in the sense that if the relationship went well, Trump was elected and Trump left office on good terms with the country/party, it'd be a plus for DeSantis. But that's a lot of things to need to go right and none of that is reflected in Trump's recent history.

I also think it's perilous for DeSantis to turn Trump down, so presumably he's guarding against any sort of perceived slight there by keeping it from getting to that point.

This right here.

While I would be very happy if DeSantis was the VP he'd have to be nuts to do it looking at Trump's past history.

I have some terrible, terrible news for you:

quote:

In 2011, Ramaswamy was awarded a post-graduate fellowship by the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans, which he used to attend Yale Law School.[31] Later, Ramaswamy said that by the time he attended Yale, he was already wealthy from his activities in the finance, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries; he said in 2023 that he had a net worth of around $15 million before graduating from law school.[27] At Yale he befriended fellow Ohio native and future U.S. Senator J. D. Vance.[32][26] He earned a Juris Doctor in 2013. In a 2023 interview, Ramaswamy said that he was a member of the campus Jewish intellectual discussion society Shabtai while a law student.

Went to Harvard, was a Soros Fellow, Went to Yale Law, was a member of the Jewish Discussion Society, got a Juris Doctorate, and made all of his money in Big Pharma.

Bro. I said no more lawyers. Vivek doesn’t count.

It’s all just so funny.

You can't even make it up. He went to Harvard (which they hate), got a SOROS FELLOWSHIP (which they hate) to attend YALE LAW (which they hate), was a member of the Jewish Discussion Society in Law School (which...well...), and then got a JD (which they hate), and made all of his money in Big Pharma (which they hate).
