Here is where your failure is. A law enforcement officer can ask you to exit your vehicle.
This is not the same as forcibly removing you from the vehicle. It simply states that you should if asked exit the vehicle. Failure to do so can justify the use of force, but is not a blanket statement that you can be forced out of a vehicle at the whim of the officer.
If a law enforcement officer orders you to exit your vehicle and you refuse to, they absolutely have the authority to drag your arse out.
It’s been upheld by the courts.

In Minneapolis? They have open carry for pistols, but only with a permit, Rifles have to be unloaded, and carrying is limited to from your house to your vehicle, situations like that.
I’m guessing AR pistols are legal
to open carry with a permit, not sure.
2A gives them the right to own, not shoot federal agents enforcing established federal immigration law.
If these “Panther wannabes” are coming from out of town to agitate and don’t have permits that’s an issue

The only reason they would be attacked is if they were here illegally, or they are inhibiting hindering getting in the way of ice doing its job. They will be eliminated if they try to use lethal force.
