He has no shame- as long as he is getting that paycheck from FOX. He's the judicial bloviator of that channel. Gregg Jarrett on FOX puts Nap to shame in re judicial matters.

It's ok, Bonds. He's not that bright and could very well be wrong about this.

Your post claims the sources said he expected to be indicted any day....a month ago. I hate to think the reporter at Vanity Fair doesn’t have his finger on the pulse of federal law goings on.

Must be the new talking point since Flynn didn’t yield the result the left was hoping for.

No, Don jr has unlimited funds to fight it, so Bob's normal trick of bankrupting you into a plea deal won't work. And in a trial he's going to have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that whatever testimony inconsistency he's gonna base a charge on was intentional.

You said the same thing about anonymous sourcing about Trump wanting to fire Tillerson. It took longer than expected but it happened.

It's happened over and over, Bonds.

As Barry pointed out its old news. I just checked Reddit. The subreddits are from a month ago.

My guess is Don jr gets to be an unindicted co-conspirator.

I don't really think Don Jr is going to be indicted. But if he is indicted, then I would strongly think it includes things other than making false statements / perjury.

I would guess if he was going to be indicted, it would include some financial crimes or campaign finance violations.

So...of the hundreds of claims made by anonymous sources, they got one right (kind of....if you consider trump firing someone months after a prediction getting it right). This is your basis for giving anonymous sources credibility? Oh Doc.

Yes a decorated platoon leader in Vietnam is scared of being called names on twitter by an orange turtle.

You did the same thing with anonymously sourced stories about likely indictments that came to pass.

I generally let it slide because I know it's your schtick but I'll get my back up a bit with you because you're the last one (he of the "I know that Dems are guilty because they always accuse others of what they have done") to have much room for making epistemic critiques.

Which ones? Specifically? Don’t let it slide. Let’s go down this rabbit hole. Let’s look at the claim, my response, and the end results. Will be fun.

I almost hope they do so Trump can take the gloves off and go scorched earth on their arse.

Imagine that, they indict Jr. for going to a meeting set up by the Clinton campaign, but Hillary gets off scot-free after paying for the dossier and the email scandal.
