Will Chauvin & other officers involved just plead guilty?

Seems the evidence is overwhelming and what attorney in their right mind would touch this case? They are basically convicted without a chance in hell.

2nd Degree murder for Chauvin and whatever charges they come up with for the 3 accomplices.

No
Unless the get OJ’s jury pool, they won’t be convicted of murder.

Of course they will, but to lesser charges. Chauvin won't plead to murder, but he could plead to manslaughter. Maybe 3rd degree murder now that he's charged with 2nd degree.
As for the other three, none of us know yet of the conversations that went on between all of them. One of them could provide damning testimony on Chauvin in return for reduced time or probation.

Then you might as well get the military prepared now because what we’ve seen over the last week will look tame in comparison to what will happen if a not guilty verdict is rendered.

This is what I'm thinking. No way they walk.

Many defense attorneys will be willing. That’s the job. And if not, the court will appoint one.

I'll be shocked if it even goes to trial.
Chauvin won't want to risk getting a max sentence. The DA won't want to risk a hung jury and a race war.

Would you just plead guilty? We have a court system, let it play out there.

I hope the guy rots in prison, but he would be an idiot to plead guilty to second degree murder.

So their rent a doc got it to second?
That seems fair, just keep asking until you get the answer you want, then stop

No neck trauma and a suspect high as a kite. That's the evidence. That doesn't even support an indictment.
