The better question is, if the partners don't fork over the money, will the US fork it over? And if not, does Iran cite this as a violation of the agreement and go on doing their own thing once again, like they eventually will anyways

We must also remember how Great Britain's and the Lloyd's of London influence, including war profits, were neutered really early in this campaign.
