This is true.

It's not just a matter of hiring

I've tried to tell people for at least 15 years that the environment they were creating was anti-woman even though they thought it was Pro woman

When you create an environment where all of the male supervisors view women with fear that isn't the climate for success

The fact that for my entire military career I never spoke to a female or a minority in private but routinely spoke to white males in private is a big deal

You can't discount human nature. If you are more comfortable with a person your perception of them is going to be more positive no matter how hard you try to be unbiased

It's funny because women seem to sort of understand this. It's why they fight to be an all male golf clubs because they understand that men that play golf together develop relationships that become positive economically

But who the fuk develops relationship with a person they're afraid to be in the room with?

Treat everyone the same; like shite...this is what I do and it works

I’ve been trying to figure out a post about this topic. This #metoo movement is going to hurt women in the workplace more in the long run. It’s going to create an anti women environement
