Procedural.
Tried to rework without senate getting bill in committee and needing 60 votes and compromising with a few dems.
Next try will have to include Collins Maine R senator, who is a high ranking health and retirement committee.
There is no majority for right wing house bills in senate.
Will have to dump this first recent try version with the house's campaign payoff, big tax gift to millionaires and ceos and get past collins and portman ohio R now.

Because they've got to cut health care expenditures, so they can enact tax reform, in other words the tax cuts for the rich.

Pretty much. What happens is that they can get the doctors to write off prescriptions for this shite and it is covered. Basically, you stub your toe in a wall and go see the doctor type shite.

I mean you can hate Obama all you want but the ACA was not Obama's ideal lol.
And that was directly because his own party and Republicans did not have enough people that wanted his ideal. For various competing reasons.
the Obama ACA ideal would of looked a lot like Switzerland with a public option.
