Toobin?
Loobin Toobin is as honest of a reporter as Jack Smith is a honest special counsel.
Either fits in this scenario.

judges assumed that Federal lawyers told them the truth about the facts and the law of their cases.
This is why the DOJ has a 95% conviction rate.
You battling the prosecution and the judge, so 89% of those are guilty pleas knowing you bout to get DPd.

I knew she was a problem when she fired the prosecutor in the Eric Adams case.
The AUSA was not a swamp creature. She was a member of the federalist society, meaning she was a rock hard conservative. However, she took her job seriously.
There are many swamp creatures at Justice BUT there are ALOT of prosecutors who care about their jobs, take them seriously. and try to prosecute the corrupt and crooked. They work cases such as this one for years and put a lot of themselves into them.
Naturally, the AUSA objected to dropping the Adams indictment so Bondi fired her. Idiot. Like Tyrion told Dani, if you execute those who are devoted to you, then not many people will be devoted to you.
How did the Eric Adams deal turn out? He was let go, and we got that Commie POS in NYC anyway. Yeah, that was REAL astute.
She screwed up the Comey and James indictments through her own sloppiness. Hell, she kept churning through prosecutors and screwed up the indictment to where they couldn't get past the grand jury. Idiot.
Don't even have to go into the Epstein fiasco. Thanks to her bumbling, we know have to put up with the "Epstein Fury" moniker.
There are MUCH better attorneys and AG's who can serve Trump and accomplish what he wants.
