Why hasn't Mueller done anything? Papadopoulos pleads guilty and agrees to cooperate

LOL who is that? Why can't Mueller get anyone bigger than that? Mueller indicts Manafort and Gates

LOL Manafort was a bit player in the Trump campaign. Why can't Mueller get anyone near Trump? Flynn pleads guilty and agrees to cooperate

LOL Flynn is cooperating... For Trump
Why can't Mueller get anyone connected to Russia? Mueller indicts Russians

LOL Why can't Mueller...?

Rinse and repeat

It only works if you put it in "Why can't?" form

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say we'll see that Gates plea unsealed tomorrow morning.

The investigation is broad and ongoing.
Whether individuals can and will be charged specifically for the DNC hacks seems relatively unimportant. I doubt any criminal investigation ever leads to convictions for every crime related to the investigation.

Former Trump campaign official Rick Gates has fired his lawyer, The Daily Beast has learned. And, contrary to recent media reports, Gates is not about to make a deal with the special counsel Robert Mueller, according to sources familiar with the matter.

CNN and The Los Angeles Times reported earlier this month that Gates was on the cusp of signing a plea deal with Special Counsel Bob Mueller’s team, and noted that Gates’ lawyer—Tom Green of Sidley Austin—is known for his work negotiating such pleas. If Gates had started cooperating with Mueller, it would certainly have been a boon to the prosecution.

Instead, Gates—for the time being, at least—isn’t flipping. And Green is out, replaced with Barry Pollack, of Miller Chevalier, according to sources familiar with the matter. Neither Green nor Pollack immediately returned a request for comment.

I was assured Gates had "flipped".
