Why don't they also station ICE outside of every Minneapolis/St. Paul's Emergency Room?

If anyone has been to an Emergency Room for the last decade+, you know that not only do they treat emergencies but they also have to treat a lot of other folks that just want free basic healthcare on demand (and not being turned away because they know the system).

There is usually one free common thread with these other folks.

If protestors clog up the Hospital areas by blocking access, it would be a good win optics wise and a very understandable reason to use force to clear them out (preventing emergency medical treatment).
