Well if I could snap my fingers and change it I would. It's not "okay" but it's hard to deny that the threat of violence (and actual violence) is an effective way to enact change.
Do you really think we would be seeing protests and riots today if the police (or former police) hadn't wrongly killed a handful of people in recent months?

It’s just not how they operate.
But, if for some reason conservatives and republicans chose to riot, I bet it’d be better organized and make these riots look like amateurs.

No.. but they would not have tolerated this type of policing anywhere near this long. Hell.. a months worth of lockdown/shelter in place and being told they couldn't get a haircut was enough to make them show up to state buildings with guns.. and in many places the orders started to be lifted in response.
