Yeah people gotta let the process work if they love this country so much again get back to the Constitution
At the same time, I wish Congress would start impeaching more of these activist judges
The Constitution extends a great deal of power to each of the branches it also puts limits on them
It's time for the Judiciary to be reminded of that

Congress has been the branch with it's shite least together for as long as I can remember. Hell look at it now conservatives control the whole thing and still can't pass legislation

Yeah I also think Trump's idea that everything can just be executive ordered out of his way needs limits. The two branches always butt heads but this was bound to happen the second trump felt he could interpret laws to expand power. The judiciary is of course the check to that and was bound to be brought in to validate the actions.
Most of not all the immigration stuff should end up a win for him but things like changing the 14th amendment is probably getting shutdown.

Well I'm of the opinion that a big problem is gerrymandering and not the way a lot of people want to think it's a problem
here in Texas which is supposedly controlled by conservative Republicans when the lines were redrawn for Congress and both houses of the Texas State Legislature they were drawn to keep the incumbent in power
that's how they got everyone to agree to the new lines problem is now Republicans run to the right democrats run to the left and they keep doing that every two years so they get reelected
And then they come back to Congress and hold those positions so they can raise $ and get re-elected and nothing gets done
and PUHLEASE Someone come back at me with term limits as a solution
You will only prove that you didn't pay attention in civics102

It’s hilarious that you think he’s in a mess.

POTUS does not need judges approval…..I suspect White House legal department reviews all proposed EO……
This is not about being legal and proper, it is far left looney Judges trying to resist the Trump administration…..

It's so easy man the POTUS and his army of top legal experts just have to read the constitution. That's all. Why don't they just hire from TD next time?
Seriously that's what you're saying

Because he doesn't need a judges approval would be my guess.

He doesn’t but he still needs to follow the law, which a judge could help prevent him from breaking. He wouldn’t be in this mess if he or anyone around him actually read the constitution.
You far lefties/Democrats have spent years destroying common decency and basic laws, and are melting when things are getting corrected.
One of your leftie judges essentially said "it seems unconstitutional". What are a joke you people are.
If this were all on the up and up, you lefties wouldnt judge shop these to all lefties appointed judges. Look in the mirror for once.

If they are under the age of 24, the answer would be no.
It is not taught.

I suggest you go back to civics class. You missed a lot about how this country functions.
